Full coordination of architect, engineers, contractors, suppliers and landscapers.
Design compliance checks — all work verified against approved drawings, technical specifications and local building codes.
Technical quality control — foundations, concrete, waterproofing, insulation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and more.
Schedule management — proactive milestone tracking and rapid response to deviations or emerging risks.

Phase 2 — on-site quality and facade inspection
Full technical inspection before handover, with independent engineers where required.
Detailed snagging list with photographic documentation of every defect and non-conformance — structural through cosmetic.
Defect resolution tracking — we ensure the contractor fixes every item within agreed timescales.
Re-inspections until snagging list is fully closed and final completion certificates are signed.
Documentation review — as-built drawings, equipment certificates, warranties, concealed works records and permitting compliance.
Phase 3 — final walkthrough and handover sign-off
